How Billing Works
Every character that flows through the app costs one credit. When you speak, the words you say are transcribed into characters — that’s your input. When the app translates them into another language, the translated words are characters too — that’s your output.
Translation mode bills both: roughly 2 cents per spoken minute at typical conversational pace, since one minute produces about 750 input characters plus another 750 of translation.
Same-language transcription mode only bills the input side — about 1 cent per spoken minute. If you only need a transcript, you save 50% automatically.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — new users can request a free trial by writing a short note about why they want to use the app. The first approved attempt grants 60,000 characters (the same as the $3 pack). Otherwise the minimum purchase is $1 for 20,000 characters.
Do characters expire?
No. Your character balance stays in your account until you use it. There’s no expiration date or use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are purchases refundable?
