Your data is used for one purpose only: to provide you with real-time translation during your active session. Specifically, your conversation input is processed by the translation service and displayed on-screen to both participants. That is the full extent of our use.

5. What We Do Not Do With Your Data

We do not sell your data. Your conversation content, technical data, or any other information is never sold, licensed, or otherwise provided to third parties for commercial purposes.

We do not run advertisements. Live Translate Live is entirely ad-free. No advertising networks have access to your data or your session.

We do not use your data for training. Your conversations are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or algorithms. Your data is of no use to us beyond delivering the service you requested.

We do not build user profiles. We do not create profiles, track behaviour across sessions, or perform any analytics on individual users.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

All conversation data and session-related information is deleted when your translation session ends. We do not archive, back up, or retain any user-generated content beyond the duration of the active session. Once you close or end your session, your data is gone.

7. Data Security

We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. Because we retain no data after your session ends, the window of exposure is limited to the duration of your active use of the service.

8. Third-Party Services

Live Translate Live may use third-party translation APIs or services to process translations. Any data sent to these services is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating translations and is subject to the same session-based deletion practices described in this policy. We select service providers that align with our commitment to privacy and data minimization.
